The #Wiemcorobić campaign was honored twice at the PR Wings competition gala, which took place on November 17, 2025, in Warsaw.
The nationwide educational campaign, co-created by Pepco, the Society of Friends of Children, and a large group of experts, won the recognition of the jury of the 5th edition of the PR Wings competition. The initiative received the main award in the Protection against disinformation category and a distinction in the ESG and CSR category.
The goal of the #Wiemcorobić campaign is to effectively support children, adolescents, and their guardians in recognizing and responding to cyber threats, such as child grooming, sexual extortion, and online manipulation.
It is worth expanding one's knowledge on how to ensure online safety and what to do when encountering such threats – our project serves to share this knowledge with both the youngest and adults – says Kasia Wilczewska, Head of Corporate Communication.
The award emphasizes the importance of education, awareness, and responsible communication in building a safer digital world for children. This is already the second social and educational campaign by Pepco in Poland honored with a PR Wings statuette – in 2024, during the competition organized by SAPR, the campaign "Dom zaczyna się od serca" (Home starts with the heart) received a special award.
